Yan Junqi, vice chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and chairwoman of the Central Committee for China Association for Promoting Democracy, is the dean of the school. It has Chinese culture teaching and research department and training department. The Chinese culture teaching and research department has offered more than 30 courses, mainly including four aspects: Chinese culture and national spirit, issues of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and overseas Chinese, cultural and historical knowledge, and Chinese language teaching for international students.
